Patients use blood pressure monitor, pulse oxymeter, and weight scale that send readings by Bluetooth to an ICC-Health branded mobile app. The mobile app sends the data to the cloud application that monitors patient adherence and high-risk reading, as well as allow staff to track remote patient monitoring support activities and time by billing codes.

Patients use the same mobile app for video consultations with ICC-Health’s nurses, send/receive HIPAA compliant text messages, receive system generated daily reminders, and review their remote patient monitoring reading history.
