ICC Health

ICC-Health uses ClairVista’s Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Telemedicine platform to provide RPM services to patients of various physician groups. Patients use blood pressure monitor, pulse oxymeter, and weight scale that send readings by Bluetooth to an ICC-Health branded mobile app. The mobile app sends the data to the cloud application that monitors patient adherence and high-risk reading, as well as allow staff to track RPM support activities and time by billing codes.

Patients use the same mobile app for video consultations with ICC-Health’s nurses, send/receive HIPAA compliant text messages, receive system generated daily reminders, and review their RPM reading history.
