Customers start the service by clicking a button on a webpage or email from any computer. No need to download software or wait for the agent to send a meeting link. Live Expert Anywhere supports all browsers and automatically selects WebRTC or Flash for each customer. LEA also handles customer queues and provides a callback option if no agents are available.
