With this system, Hertz customers at airport and off-airport locations can instantly video chat with a remote agent to complete rental car transactions. Remote agents provide face-to-face customer service while sharing information and processing transactions on the kiosk screen.

Hertz incorporates Live Expert into its existing kiosk platform, thus leveraging its investment in hardware to increase both service capabilities and operating efficiency.
